I just read on wikipedia that the republic of Tuva was an independent country between the world wars. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuvan_People's_Republic.
Are there any information about the military aviation in Tuva in that period?

Hello,

Very interesting queation. Only two state admit Tuva independence - Soviet Russia and Mongolia. So, Tuva was independent only "on the paper". It was actually satellite of the Soviet Russia. In my opinion it did't have any independet aviation, only Soviet... Sadly I don't have any real facts. Probably (very few chance) Tuva has some own aircraft. I don't know really.

ps: I found post from man lives in Tuva that Tuva has aviation in the later 20s. Sadly he already removed his account and I can't contact him for details...
